What participants work on during the Accelerator

Participants complete a 6-month course with monthly group coaching calls to examine and redesign how their agency operates across four core areas:

  • Defining clear operational strategies tailored to their unique agency so growth is intentional, not reactive

  • Aligning technology decisions with real workflows and business priorities so your tech stack generates meaningful ROI

  • Clarifying team roles, expectations, and capacity so effort and outcomes are better aligned

  • Developing the leadership skills required to lead change, influence behavior, and sustain momentum during this season of change and pressure on our industry 

We're not addressing one-off or isolated issues. The work focuses on building a strategic operating system for your agency as a whole while honing your leadership skills to create meaningful long-term results.

By the end of the program, participants will have created their agency's customized Strategic Operating Manual. This document is a practical guide for your agency to make better decisions and get better results for years to come.

Participants will also have developed critical strategic leadership skills and decision-making frameworks to become more effective leading teams to higher levels of performance and generating real ROI from your agency's tech stack.

How the Accelerator is structured

The Accelerator runs for six months and combines structured learning with guided application.

Participants receive:

  • Access to the Agency Ops Academy curriculum as the foundation

  • Monthly live group coaching calls focused on application and problem-solving

  • A small, curated peer group working through similar challenges

  • Guided development of a Strategic Operating Manual tailored to their agency

  • Focused attention on practical leadership skills such as decision-making, influence, and leading change

The emphasis is on clarity, follow-through, and building leadership capability to deliver value for years after completing the program.

Time commitment and expectations

Participants should expect to spend:

  • Approximately 2–3 hours per month on live calls and preparation

  • Additional time applying concepts inside their agency between sessions

This program works best when participants are actively engaged and willing to test new approaches in real time. Progress comes from application, not consumption.
